Once you have made your reservation online, an itinerary will be emailed to you providing you with the full address, telephone number and driving directions to the actual facility. Simply present your confirmation to the front desk or parking attendant and board the complimentary shuttle to your airport or seaport terminal. (We also recommend printing the reservation to bring with you.) When you return from your trip, call the location directly (The number is provided on your itinerary that was emailed to you when you made the reservation.) and request a pick up at your terminal and the location will send the shuttle to pick you up and bring you back to your vehicle.
